Details:

  • Please send your essay entry to: 41st Annual Superman Celebration, Attn: Kids Superhero Art Contest PO BOX 188, Metropolis IL 62960

  • 8.5 x 11 paper

  • Drawn & colored by hand

  • May use pencil, colored pencil, crayons or markers

  • Include unique characters or your favorite characters

  • Open to Kindergarten, 1st Grade, 2nd Grade, 3rd Grade & 4th Grade

  • The top 5 drawings will be announced online on May 30th with online votes beginning May 31st through June 4th.

  • The OFFICIAL Winner will be announced DURING the 41st Annual Superman Celebration, June 6th – 9th, 2019 in Metropolis, IL

  • PLEASE LIST YOUR NAME & GRADE ON THE BACK OF THE SUBMISSION, along with a contact email or phone number.

  • WINNER RECEIVES: Commemorative Swag Bag, Certificate & Ribbon, $50 in Metro Bucks, photo submission to The Metropolis Planet and local media coverage
