Superman Celebration is pleased to announce a spectacular celebrity guest line-up for this year's festival. Appearing this year are Justin Hartley and Phil Morris from "Smallville", Noel Neill from "The Adventures of Superman", and Beverly Washburn from "Superman and the Mole Men".

The Artists Alley is Back- And Bigger than Ever!
The Artists Alley has become a integral part of Superman Celebration over the past several years, and 2009 will be no exception! With over a dozen comics guests from the mainstream and independent comics world and daytime and nighttime programming and events, the Artists Alley will be moving and shaking throughout the entire Celebration! And the programming in 2009 is better than ever!

$1000 Superman Celebration Costume Contest

Sunday, June 14th at Noon- Main Tent at Superman Square
Entry Fee: $25
Entry information will be available at the Chamber of Commerce (607 Market Street) on Friday and Saturday.
The stakes are high, and if your costume is the most heroic you could fly away with $1000! Our judges will be looking for the best of the best, and one lucky winner will walk away with the grand prize.

Remembering George Reeves
In celebration of the life and work of actor George Reeves upon the 50th anniversary of his passing, Superman Celebration proudly presents two tributes to television's original Man of Steel. Two of his co-stars, actresses Noel Neill and Beverly Washburn, will each share recollections in two distinct special events.

Fan Film Competition Returns for Second Year!

Back by popular demand!
Last year's Fan Film Competition drew cheers from Celebration attendees with entries from around the country, so we're doing it again!
Full details on prizes, rules, and submission information can be found in the Fan Film Competition section of our website. The entry deadline has been set for June 6th, 2009, and the Awards Presentation will be on Saturday night, June 13th, 2009 at 9:00 PM. So get those cameras rolling, those actors acting, and those special-effects people special-effecting! We're looking forward to see your creations!

Ticket Process for Celebrity Autograph Sessions Announced
As you all know, celebrity autograph sessions are a tradition at Superman Celebration, giving attendees the chance to meet their favorite Superman and superhero-related actors and actresses. While Celebration has grown in attendance over the years, unfortunately the brief time period our celebrities have for these autograph sessions has not. While we try our best to see that as many fans as possible get through the autograph lines, the demand- and the crowds- have grown to the point where it is impossible for everyone in line to be accommodated.
To help alleviate this problem, we have implemented a multi-session ticketing system. Tickets for the four autograph sessions will be distributed as follows:
