What if I’m already a VIP Sponsor!
- You will pick up your VIP Sponsorship swag at the Metropolis Chamber according to the schedule hours.
- Included in your Sponsorship package is your VIP Session Pass which will get you into the Metropolis Vault Room during the Session you choose, where both Caity Lotz and Alex Garfin will appear.
- When you purchased your VIP Sponsorship, you also chose an Autograph Session for Neva Howell for Friday or Saturday. When you purchased your sponsorship, you were asked to choose a session for Neva Howell. You can either keep that same session or see her at a different time. That same pass will allow you to meet Tim Daly. It’s just that easy! Your Fast Pass will get you to the front of the line.
- There is additional fees for autographs, photos, selfies, etc.
I’m already a Metro Fan Sponsor, now what?
- You are going to pick up your Sponsorship Lanyard, Autograph Session Pass and Fast Pass at the Metropolis Chamber according to the scheduled hours. The VIP Sponsors were able to pick their session when they became sponsors so you will need to have a couple session choices in mind in case your #1 session pick is already at capacity.
- Your Saturday pass will gain you entrance into the Metropolis Vault Room for a specific timed session to see Caity Lotz and Alex Garfin. There is additional fees for autographs, photos, selfies, etc.
- You will also receive a Fast Pass that will get you to the head of the line to meet Neva Howell and Tim Daly. You can meet them as often as you like as they will be here both Friday and Saturday. When you purchased your sponsorship, you were asked to choose a session for Neva Howell. You can either keep that same session or see her at a different time. Your Fast Pass will get you to the front of the line.
I want to meet the celebrities but am not a Sponsor yet! Am I too late?
- The best way to guarantee meeting the celebrities is to become a MSC VIP or Metro Fan Sponsor. Unfortunately, the time for the MSC VIP has passed due to print deadlines, but the Metro Fan is still available for $100. As a Metro Fan, you will choose your Saturday Session to see Caity Lotz and Alex Garfin when you come to the Metropolis Chamber during pickup times shown on the schedule.
- You will also receive a Fast Pass which will get you to the front of the line to see Neva Howell and Tim Daly.
- The Metro Fan sponsorships will be available during the celebration on the website and in the Chamber until we reach capacity. There are only so many fans we can get thru the lines so the Metro Fan will be available as long as time allows.
- There is additional fees for autographs, photos, selfies, etc.
Are there any open sessions that require no pass?
- Yes, there are. Sessions D and E require no pass provided time allows. Any MSC VIP and Metro Fans that have chosen those sessions will go to the head of the line. There is no guarantee that you will meet the celebrities without an Autograph Session Pass.
- You will wait in line until all Session pass holders have been admitted and then it’s your turn. Think of Sessions D and E as one block of time. Once we have reached capacity for that time period, there will be no more fans admitted.

Must I purchase an autograph or photo when I meet the celebrity?
While the celebrities love to meet their fans and hear their stories, there is an expectation from their accompanying managers that everyone in the line will want to purchase an autograph or selfie.
Do I need a pass for the Celebrities’ Q&A and can I get an autograph then?
The good news is no pass is required. Seating under the CNB Metro Tent is first come/first serve so get there early. The bad news is no autographs or selfies with the celebrities during these events. If you have a great question though, please try to get with the Moderator or his lovely assistant prior to the start of the Q&A.
Can I get my picture taken with the celebrity during the Statue appearance?
Nope, sorry, but you can sure snap pictures of them in front of the statue with your own camera.
Where is the Metropolis Vault Room?
The Metropolis Vault Room is located in the main floor of the SICIL building. You will enter the main entrance of the SICIL building and the line to see the celebrities located there will run out the front door and to the left along the front of the building. We’ll try to keep everyone in the shade or inside as much as possible.
Where is the Autograph Zone?
The Autograph Zone is on the ground level of the SICIL building. This is the same place as Artist Alley/Writers Way. The Entrance to Artist Alley/Writers Way is in the rear righthand corner of the SICIL building. There is a handicap accessible entrance through the main lobby with an elevator.
