Registration for the Heroes & Villains Costume Contest

If you want to compete in the Heroes & Villains Costume Contest, you’ll need to register.  Pick your category(s), pay your $20 fee and walk in the Parade from Smallville to Superman Statue if you like.  Good luck to you all!
